  1. Replacement of existing tracker: Return existing tracker to Qld or South Australia for free hardware exchange. 

  2. Telematics Guru Web Portal setup: IOTrack will set up a customised Web Portal for your company's exclusive use.

  3. Replacement tracker/s added to your Web Portal: A like-for-like tracker will be added to your Portal and sent to you via Australia Post.

  4. Tracker is activated on despatch from IOTrack: Wired trackers will have the inbuilt Lithium backup battery connected, activating the tracker. Battery powered trackers will have batteries inserted, activating the tracker. 

  5. End User to install tracker.: Wired trackers commonly installed by auto electricians. Battery powered trackers self-installed by User.

  6. Telematics Services: Charges for data hosting including unlimited SIM card usage and Telemeatics Guru Web Portal, are incurred when the trackers are despatched from IOTrack and can be terminated after 6 months of use. Monthly invoices are sent at month end with 14 days payment required.

  7. No additional fees for data hosting services: Standard Pricing Plans as listed on our Website are applicable - most common $18 per month for wired trackers and $12 per month for battery powered EDGE trackers.
